Ferguson Prosecutor Bob McCulloch Ousted in Primary by Councilman Wesley Bell

Source: WSJ

ST. LOUIS—A seven-term prosecuting attorney in St. Louis County who gained national attention in his handling of the investigation of the fatal police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson lost to a black Ferguson councilman in Tuesday’s primary for lead prosecutor, according to unofficial results.

With the vote counted from all precincts, the county reported Wesley Bell with a 57%-to-43% victory over 67-year-old Bob McCulloch in the Democratic primary. No Republicans were on the ballot, making Mr. Bell all but certain to win in November.

Many onlookers saw the election as a referendum on what happened in Ferguson. It marked the first time Mr. McCulloch had been challenged since Mr. Brown’s death. Mr. Brown, a black and unarmed 18-year-old, died on Aug. 9, 2014, in a street confrontation with white Officer Darren Wilson. Some witnesses said Mr. Brown had his hands up in surrender. Mr. Wilson said Mr. Brown was moving aggressively toward him and he fired the fatal shots in self-defense.

A St. Louis County grand jury declined to indict Mr. Wilson, who later resigned. Critics accused Mr. McCulloch, who is white, of skewing the investigation in favor of the officer.

This is the guy that made a farce of the Michael Brown case in Ferguson by leaving it to the grand jury rather than pressing charges against Darren Wilson.

a proven liar to perjure herself in front of Darren Wilson's Grand Jury - and declined to prosecute her.

He injected lies into the proceedings as smoke screen to cover his push to NOT CHARGE Officer Wilson in Brown's murder.

He orchestrated the process with the aim of protecting the killer.

In a just world the new prosecutor would empanel a Grand Jury looking into Bob McCulloh's actions in 2014

A man for destruction of public property.
He got beat down by cops, 4 I think, and got his blood on one of their uniforms.
It gets better, he wasn't who the cops wanted. Same first and last name, different middle name.
Oh, and of course he was black.
Think about this, he got beaten, blood splashed, when they found out they had the wrong guy, they charged him with destruction of public property.
And this shitstain was the one who brought the charges.
Oy vey
