GOP senator accuses Dems of 'character assassination' on Kavanaugh

GOP Sen. Tom Cotton (Ark.) is accusing Democrats of a "character assassination" on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as multiple allegations of sexual assault emerge against him.

Cotton on Monday morning said Democrats are "engaged in a campaign of delay and character assassination against Judge Kavanaugh."

"It’s time to vote this week," he tweeted.

His remarks come one day after a second woman came forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh.

I will give credit to these women who are coming out to reveal these character flaws of Kav, for I'm sure that they are facing all kinds of repug dirty tricks and the like in reporting these events.

This kind of behavior is disgusting and pls. don't lump me into this category (boys will be boys). WRONG! I hope that the representative that suggested this is voted out of office. I was brought up to respect all people and treat them as you would want to be treated.

This is someone (Kav) who does NOT represent by far, the vast numbers of upstanding and respectful Americans, who doesn't have to grope anyone in order to 'get some'. Maybe getting into a loving relationship and getting married or the like, then one can 'grope their other half', if mutually agreed to by both parties, but otherwise, no.

These so called 'prep schools' leave me wondering what the hell is going on at these schools? Maybe this is why they are 'private', because they think that they can get away w/ anything, and because they are private, that they can literally get away w/ anything.
