Yale Classmate To Tell FBI Of Kavanaugh's 'Violent, Drunk' Behavior

Source: NBC News

By Peter Alexander, Ken Dilanian, Adam Edelman and Leigh Ann Caldwell, 40 mins. ago.

WASHINGTON — Charles Ludington, a classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh at Yale University, will provide information to the FBI on Monday, he confirmed to NBC News.

News of Ludington's involvement was first reported by The Washington Post, which said he planned to give a statement to the FBI at its field office in Raleigh, North Carolina, "detailing violent drunken behavior by Kavanaugh in college."

In a copy of his statement given to The Post, Ludington, a professor at North Carolina State University, described Kavanaugh as a "belligerent and aggressive" drunk. "On one of the last occasions I purposely socialized with Brett, I witnessed him respond to a semi-hostile remark, not by defusing the situation, but by throwing his beer in the man's face and starting a fight that ended with one of our mutual friends in jail," the statement said.

During his Senate Judiciary Committee hearing last week, Kavanaugh was repeatedly asked about his drinking habits in high school and college and denied having a problem. In his statement, however, Ludington wrote that "if he lied about his past actions on national television, and more especially while speaking under oath in front of the United States Senate, I believe those lies should have consequences."...

I really think that the dump will be dumped when the moment is opportune. He and his spawn captured the crown but nobody wants him to hold onto it.

Wait for some much more intelligent, more malevolent, more damaging folks to occupy the executive branch.

Coming soon to a theater near all of us.

investigated, (2) shouldn't have to respond to a subpoena, and the BIGGIE (3) state and local govt should not be able to bring charges against anyone that president has pardoned.

(3) is a biggie cuz should Trump pardons Don Jr or Jared for a federal indictment, then SDNY couldn't bring charges against them

... at the State Fair best baked golden ribbon apple pie cooking contest. Let alone at the bench of the highest court of the land.

He whole fully lacks the proper judicial temperament, emotional control, and his is a partisan political operative for the Fascist Republican Party. He is a prevaricating liar to boot.

This nomination takes things to an entirely new dimension. I can think of only a few reasons the repub party would hitch it's wagon to this guy, and all of those scenarios are scary as hell..... Spanky's departure from the White House can't come a minute too soon.
