'It disturbs me to my core': Fox News staffers express outrage over Hannity's rally appearance

Source: CNN

New York (CNN)Fox News journalists were outraged and disgusted after Sean Hannity, the network's star host, campaigned with President Donald Trump on Monday night ahead of the midterm elections, more than half a dozen employees told CNN Business.

"People throughout the company think a new line was crossed," one senior Fox News employee told CNN Business on Tuesday.

"It disturbs me to my core," said another senior Fox News employee, who added, "I am so f---ing mad."

"We were all told that Hannity was going to interview the president, but no one that I spoke with expected what happened last night," added a third senior Fox News employee. "I'm aghast as are a number of other people."

We are getting ready to buy a new car and if Honda advertises on Hannity that is a deal breaker for us.

I remember Tucker Carlson calling for a boycott of Toyota because they advertise on The Root.

BTW this isn't a serious suggestion though I think Toyota are good cars. I have one.

They announced lumpy and limpy were going to appear at the rally with tRump. Then Fox walked it back yesterday, and said he would only be interviewing the tRump. They lied. Everyone knows it, so feigning surprise at this point is laughable.

Hannity was one of Cohen's clients, he advises the fake prez on a private phone call constantly, and kisses his ass 24/7. What is so upsetting to them about this? It is what he has been doing for years.

Fox "news" in general, and Sean Hannity in particular, have been sucking trump's cock from the very beginning. This little show of journalistic propriety is way too late.

It's all been choreographed already, Faux News will fire Hannity in a fake show of concern knowing that he's taking over for Sessions in a couple of weeks.

Its not like his show is non partisan, so why would they be angry?
Now if Bret Bair did it, that would be a different story. He's a journalist and does a news show.
Hannity is just a GOP mouthpiece.
