Trump attacks McCain over dossier, Meghan McCain swipes back

Source: CNN

President Donald Trump again attacked late Sen. John McCain Saturday -- prompting the Arizona Republican's daughter Meghan McCain to respond that "no one will ever love" Trump the way they loved her father.

Trump's recent attack on McCain, who passed away in August, is the latest in his years-long offensive feud against the late senator, this time targeting McCain's ties to the controversial Russia dossier and his vote against repealing Obamacare.

"Spreading the fake and totally discredited Dossier 'is unfortunately a very dark stain against John McCain,'" Trump tweeted, quoting Ken Starr, the independent counsel who investigated then-President Bill Clinton.

Starr called the dossier "a very dark stain" against McCain in an interview Saturday on Fox News, but also called McCain "a great man" and "an American hero."

being unloved... SAD!!!

[or, she may be delusionally claiming McCain was super-duper-deeply and genuinely loved, which is crap, of course]

I don't think she'll vote for a Democrat. I think she'll write in some R's name.

I don't really care but I do like to watch the View and all the sparring among these interesting women. And they have interesting guests.

I got my husband hooked on it and now I have to wait and watch it with him. He enjoys how the woman handle subjects but gets pissed when Meghan overtalks like she’s some damn expert who “just knows” how Democrats and regular people think when she has led a rich sheltered life never having to ever worry about money or a paycheck.

Loony-Tunes Trump doesn't exactly keep up with the facts, does he? There's much more truth to the Steele dossier than fiction. Trump never has let facts and truth get in the way of his psychotic narrative though.

The only discredits given for the Dossier are found in the orange one's tweets.

Are pathetic little men. After Starr hounded Clinton for years, finding. Nothing jumped into his sex life.

Then was fired from his University position for ignoring sex scandals he is now on TV bad mouthing McCain?

Trump is just a blow hard, ignorant thug.

is now reviled by them? According to the book Game Change, even though McCain knew what he unleashed upon America he refused to condemn Palin's words of hate because HE WAS AFRAID THEY WOULD ONE DAY TURN ON HIM. Karma in its truest sense.

She keeps it to a battle against one man. And its not even his tax bill, or his dismantling of institutions and protections, or any other actual policy action she speaks out on...as long as they are all rubber stamped by Mitch. Its almost like she is even STILL conflicted with standing up for her dad. Trump has to actually come out on Twitter and actually disparage JM in the present, to have her even respond against him.

What kind of disease is Republicanism when, even if you don't like the bully who steals your dad's lunch money, you side with the bully's smarmy gang that runs with him. The bully that not only has kicked your dad when he was alive but is busy disparaging his name after he is 6 feet under.
