Joe Walsh announces Republican challenge to Trump
Source: The Hill
Former Rep. Joe Walsh (R-Ill.) on Sunday announced he would mount a primary challenge to President Trump.
The conservative radio host unveiled his campaign on ABC's "This Week."
"We've got a guy in the White House who is unfit, completely unfit to be president and it stuns me that nobody stepped up, nobody in the Republican Party stepped up, because I'll tell you what George, everybody believes in the Republican party, everybody believes he's unfit," Walsh told ABC's George Stephanopoulos. "He lies every time he opens his mouth."

Walsh was elected to the House in 2010 as part of the Tea Party wave and served one term. He began as a strong supporter of President Trump but over the past year has emerged as a fierce critic of the president. On Sunday he apologized for his own past racist and sexist tweets and "personal" criticism of former President Obama, acknowledging the role it played in creating today's politics.

That is what I have been saying about the creature, after talking to the press while the helicopter is waiting, I would bet anyone that the creature doesn't remember a thing he said, in his head he thinks he was eloquent, insightful, literate (used the best words), but can't remember anything, maybe not even that he just "talked" to the press.

He doesn't change the dynamic one bit, other lifting his profile personally.
Until Kasich or Flake suit up, and then only marginally, there is no "primary challenge."

I don't buy his apologies. Yes, he is a millimeter more intelligent than the piece of sh&(* creature, but that doesn't make him fit to become president.

Walsh isn't their savior...but can't help but think Pence or Haley or Ryan will come out in October and announce. With Trump's OK, of course. Trump will want a billion dollars or ambassadorship to Saudi Arabia or something.
