I was raised Irish Catholic like Biden, and wearing a rosary like a fashion accessory around neck or arm was considered blasphemous.
He probably carries a rosary in his pocket?

Wearing a rosary would never pass the nuns taught me. Never saw a Jesuit wear one either. I looked at the catechism and it does not appear to be forbidden. Still Not something I would do. And they do not belong on rear view mirrors. That’s more foxtail than faith.
