Jan. 6 organizer Ali Alexander reportedly was served with a civil lawsuit on Thursday as he left a closed-door deposition before the House select committee investigating the Capitol insurrection.

Alexander was flanked by his attorneys and surrounded by reporters as he walked out of the building on Thursday evening, according to video captured by the Daily Beast's Zachary Petrizzo.

A man approached Alexander holding out documents and said, ""Mr. Alexander, I have a summons for you. This is a valid service of process."

that it only has to "touch" him to be a lawful service, and that video is clear evidence.

I am sure the Repubs will supply him, free of charge, excellent attorneys......

If they don't, it will sure let the rest of them know that they are just gonna be thrown under the bus like everyone else who has served Trump and his Administration.........

who sides with the people who hate him/her because of not being white, I wonder what goes into these people's minds.

What attracts them to the right? What in the World do they expect to gain from them? Is it Stockholm Syndrome? Has to be.

And to me, it seems like they're in it for the money.
Ali Alexander - from what I can find, he was a petty thief in his youth, and then began working in the Republican party, and according to what I can find his current net worth is around $300,000
Candace Owens - Net worth of about 3 million; she started out with an anti-conservative blog/company working to discover internet bullies, then around 2015 she flipped, started working for turning point, and in came the money.
Herman Cain - CEO of Godfathers Pizza for 10 years, I believe he was worth about 7 million.

Maybe it's because I'm not worth anywhere near that, but it seems like shilling for the snake oil salesmen pays well.

The filthy rich will pay you big bucks to spread their lies. No one will pay you to spread the truth.

That's why a lot of preaches make a lot of money. It's all about the lies.

So I wrote about the idea of multi-racial whiteness. I wonder what you meant by the Thomas Jefferson quote -- that men are equal, regardless of skin color?

of humanity’s finest and most awful attributes, foibles, and flaws. A particular mix ultimately is individual, but many of all colors fit into the same general groups, like the people of all races who really don’t like immigrants and want to toss out as many as they can and then slam the doors.

Lol, speaking of, that creep Alexander claims he kept tRump from conceding three times and is behind “90%” of hey everything that happened after the election. My Pillow Guy begs to differ.

Honestly it seems a bit too wide ranging to be effective, but it does have multiple capitol police officers as plaintiffs so maybe it has a shot.

Of course a successful criminal case would dramatically increase the chances of the civil suit going places.
