Citizen files complaint about local GOP

Aug. 11—A local woman filed a claim with the District Attorney's Office over a Facebook post by the Wilson County GOP chair, with the chair calling the allegations baseless.

In her formal complaint, Sarah Moore alleged that the GOP chairman for Wilson County, Brad Lytle, inappropriately used voter records in response to a comment she made on a popular Facebook group page called Parents of Students of Wilson County, TN.

The case concerning Moore began with a comic posted on the public group page. The comic concerned moderate voters attempting to find common ground between polarized groups.

That is not what this guy did. This information does not exist, your vote is private.

He used the voting records to check party affiliation during last votes. This is public information.

but how did Lytle know who she actually voted for? And who the hell does he think he is by advertising it?

It sounds more like he grabbed an opportunity to attack someone who isn't going along with his talking points. Typical.

He could know by her social media postings but no one anywhere should know which ballot belongs to who

It's the land of Mae Beavers. So infested with nutters the Orkin man would throw up his hands in defeat. I grew up in a neighboring community in Metro Davidson County. If they're really concerned about their kids, get them the hell out of that sewer. Leave it to the rats.

I also live in this area and have for 25 years, back when D meant farmers and laborers had your back.

The current GQP in Wilson County is scary.

With new population increases from more liberal areas, I do have hope that the total craziness will be checked.

We need more like her standing up to officials, not because they are breaking the law, but because they are super douchey.

Where I live, we have a MAGA shithead on the school board that was at January 6th that we cannot get rid of. Maybe filing a complaint would shut them up.
