"Trump’s filing asks that the motion be ruled on by Chief Judge Ural Glanville of Fulton County Superior Court and not Judge Robert McBurney, who has been supervising the grand jury."

Glanville is an elected judge who ran unopposed in his last election.

Is there a guiness book of records record on a criminal eluding justice through lawyers motions, again and again and again?

I'm impressed with the American justice system you can simply file "new court filings" every week until the court gets tired. Or a lawyer finally finds some loophole or mistake by the other side.

... they tend to be well structured, logical arguments. But then, I've never read one written by a trump attorney - just the judgements against them. At allmost 500 pages, I don't think I could stand it.
