The guy could lose a billion or more, if what I heard about his Macao problems is correct, and jail time at his age is never pleasant. If he can delay the proceedings out another 4 years and get an Adelson-financed Republican president in there, the subsequent dropping of all investigations against him will have been worth it. If not, well, his private jet at McCarran will certainly have enough range to get him to Acapulco on short notice if need be................

They did really well in the Romney campaign scam. Now the doddering old mark wants to double-down.



Adelson doesn't understand the world he's really living in nowadays.... Still thinks it's the 1990's. You don't advertise to the world that you have $300 million to spend on *anything*, else you'll end up paying $300 a piece for toilet seats. I can only imagine how much 419 spam his mail filters have to block. Karl Rove might be on the outs, but there are dozens more just like him waiting to get paid next time around.

Funny thing is, it's guys like him (and the values they espouse) that made this world. Greed is good, indeed...
