HOUSTON A Houston man accused of misleading voters who elected him a community college trustee believes he will keep his seat, despite a lawsuit seeking to disqualify him as not living in his district.
Dave Wilson says he plans to attend his first meeting of the Houston Community College board next week.

A lawsuit now alleges Wilson is ineligible to serve because he doesn't live in his district.
