They have nice condos in Portugal for $180K that would easily be $350K or more. I think of those 4 countries, Spain would be the most difficult to get into. Look at my link below for Porto condos and you can narrow the search. to whatever price range you want.

There's only 383,071 (2018) people in the country.

Lowest population density in Central America.

And only 18 cases of the virus.

Pretty cool country as long as you stay out of Belize City.

I thought Belize wasn’t that safe? I thought Costa Rica was the place now?

I’ve been there, it does have beautiful spots. I filmed this years ago, and love the song.

Combined with Trump challenging everything in court and Democrats who assume Trump will lose so don't bother voting and his 90% popularity among Republicans which hasn't changed, its a real threat.

...While many companies completely folded in what future historians will call the greatest depression, countless other businesses replaced their workforce with automation and AI. It was more cost-effective for them than to have a workforce who kept getting sick, missing weeks of working because of quarantine and dying.

Many people in Trump’s base and rural America were out of work. Countless had become homeless and starvation was a new norm in America. Yet, they all believe it is Obama’s fault they are out of work because the elitist liberals infiltrated corporations to automate all of the jobs once held by blue-collar America.

2021 will start with a GDP rate of -10%. However, to the people who voted to reelect Trump, none of that matter. All they knew is Trump said it was good, and if Trump said it, they believe it.

The one true thing Trump said in his opening statement, the stock market had never been more profitable. Although millions of Americans had died, people were losing their homes, and starving to death; the 1% was still raking in cash hand over fist.

Even though the videos of the event showed Trump’s second inauguration to be one of the smallest in history, Trump bragged it was the biggest. Most of us will spend months arguing with Uncle Bill about his crowd size.

Democrats will sweep the House, again. But, once more, we lose the Senate. In 2021, Trump will be Impeached once more over his handling of the coronavirus. But it won’t end there.

By the time we have a vaccine in mid-2021, we will have been practicing herd immunity for so long, that the virus mutates again. The new strain will render the new vaccine useless, sending scientists back to the drawing board...
