Though I'm sure that the speakers would have liked to feed off the energy of a crowd. I appreciated not having pauses for applause. I think that Michelle Obama's speech in particular benefitted from quiet intimacy.

Plus, who knew how much firewood Bernie has??? (That was another great speech.)

I still miss the silly hats and signs but the first night was great.

How do they continue to build from night to night?
