1. The military, neither the NG nor active duty is going to participate in voter intimidation or a coup.
2. The Supreme Court is not going to engage in supporting a coup. Roberts is a conservative and thus well he generally sucks, but he's also made it very clear with about a dozen rulings that he cares about the history of the court, and the perception. He is not going to back a coup.
