for lawyers and law schools everywhere. Seriously, this is such weapons-grade incompetence that it beggars explanation. The entire clusterfuck could be used as a first-year civil procedure exam, except that it might be too easy. Unless Rudy and his entire crew were shit-faced drunk for the entire process (which, in Rudy's case, is entirely possible), there's no plausible explanation for lawyering this mind-bogglingly bad.
