4. I get it the author is trying to convey how serious of a position

We are in. However the way i see it, its time to kick some butt . The pandemic put an end to my attending protests in 2020 but not in this vaccinated year. I intend to continue emailing my senators and representatives and attending any protests i can. The GOP cannot stop us cold with just Manchin, Sinema and the walking dead McConnell. If these people are successful it is because we let them.
