got a new pairs in 2003. spares. they were iowan country cats. one morning i woke up. walked into the dinningroom to get the paper. there's the big boy basil, splayed out. and in front of him a almost dead mouse. OMG! and a day or so later i found another dead mouse. found another much later in the kitten. no blood. but i have seen him pounce. when sybil was a kitten she somehow found a dried mouse.
