Your credentials were so impressive, The home of Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, William Faulkner, Chief Powhatan, Pocahontas, Edgar Allan Poe, "Mr Bojangles" the incomparable Bill Robinson, George Washington, and certainly not least Booker T. Washington. You raised 9 out of 44 United States presidents, including the first one. You gave millions of people the gift of higher education with over forty colleges and universities. Your military history and traditions are second to none in our American story.
I grant there were misguided loyalties to traditions outgrown. But once the changes were accepted, that same fanatical loyalty shifted forward.

all of a sudden, every video someone posts all I see is a black box

I'm not very computer literate. I've been on DU for almost a decade and only now do I find I can't see any videos, just a black box.

Is there something I need to fix on my computer. I've never had trouble viewing youtube videos on DU until a day ago.

Any suggestions for what might be wrong and what I can do to fix this problem?

These people are evil. They deliberately use dogma to appeal to ignorant starry eyed religious fanatics. And I suppose its more terrifying that there are so many of those in the first place. We have failed by not educating our children. The dumbing down of America will be its end. And these sycophants will be the tools who destroy the bill of rights and every amendment as they already have the first 2, the 4th amendment and more. They are so obviously criminal its almost breath taking. Self righteous whores every one of them. What they are saying is ridiculous. Why arent they being held to the same standard that everyone else in the world is? Why arent they being compared to chicken little every time time they propose their insane ideas?

There should be more shows like RM, and Colbert and Stewart.
