It doesn't matter that there is no scandal because it will not stop Issa, Right Wingers & Fox News from continuing to spew lies about the IRS Non Scandal, Benghazi, the President's birth certificate, voter fraud, etc.!!!

Yes there is a fix. Eliminate the entire not-for-profit part of the tax code. If you make money, you pay taxes.
