1. Oh the GOP does have ideas, but they all involve turning the US into a fascist state.

The want to dismantle SS, Medicare, and give corporations tax-free reign, so that all of the burdens of maintaining society are bourne by middle and low income Americans. And the GOP distracts from that by wrapping themselves in the flag and carrying a cross. As usual, the Republicans are just projecting.
