It's the San Antonio Legal Affairs Dept. Apparently, when I commented about the method in which this woman was hauled off, the non-emergency number of SAPD informed me to contact that dept at 210-207-7580.

I no longer live in SA, but, Jesus… Is THIS anyway to handle it?
I encourage all current residents with the same concern to CONTACT THEM!

She couldn't hear the cop because of her music. So the cop grabbed her. Anybody who is grabbed unexpectedly would be startled and confused.

So she didn't comply IMMEDIATELY to the cop's orders. That is to be expected under the conditions! But I'm sure the cops found that annoying and disrespectful. And that's why she was treated like an armed felon.

Her real crime wasn't J-walking. It was that she didn't show instant and complete obedience to two egotistical armed men with badges.

She was showing her midriff == The 'wrong kind of girl' that get these cops' panties in a twist.

If you're not "sensibly" dressed, cops like these will go after you.
