They have as much chance of democracy as we have here in America , ZERO .
Putin is a Plutocrat just like our Plutocrats here . Putin will do what ever is needed to
maintain Plutocratic control in Russia as well as any other area of Russia's economic and political
interests just as we do here with our subversion and military might .
