Sterling has a documented history of allegedly racist behavior -- he's been sued twice by the federal government for allegedly refusing to rent apartments to Blacks and Latinos.

He was also sued by former Clippers exec Elgin Baylor for racial discrimination -- though a jury was ultimately not convinced and shot down Baylor's case.

6. The NBA needs to force Sterling...

to sell the Clippers for bringing disrepute upon the League.

From what I've read, Sterling's wife filed suit against the girlfriend earlier this month for the return
of all monies and gifts she's received from Sterling under California's "community property" laws.

I'll bet Racist Cliven Bundy is grateful that Racist Donald Sterling has "stepped up" to take the Racist Spotlight
off of him for a bit...

NBA spokesman Mike Bass said in a statement Saturday that the league is in the process of authenticating the validity of the recording posted on TMZ's website. Bass called the comments "disturbing and offensive" and said the league would have no further comment.

Messages left by the Associated Press seeking comment from the Clippers were not immediately returned. The Clippers were practicing in San Francisco before Game 4 of their first-round playoff series against the Golden State Warriors on Sunday. Los Angeles leads the series, 2-1.
