3. I noticed Megyn Kelly gave him a nice 20 minute faux-advertisement on her show last night.

Probably turned out a few people in his favor. But then again, what is Fox News FOR if not to boost the establishment candidates. Remember when they locked Ron Paul out of the 2008 GOP nomination debate? Hah! Establishment GOP all the way.
