Chris Hedges vs Dinesh D'Souza "2016 Obama's America"

2. So powerful it's hard to keep listening to

it. Just listening to what they agree on is scary. Course, with the new Iraq adventure, it makes little difference who is right, who is wrong, and whether they agree on anything.

3. Hedges does make it very clear along the way that there are very valid reasons to dislike

Obama, but those DD outlines in his film and in this interview are just a more intellectual version of Fox/O'Reilly/Limbaugh disinfo and terminal state of GOP glorification, despite REAL issues of the corporate coup d'état. If you stay with it to the end it gets better and better, even the listener calls at the end point (at least to me) that we are no longer buying the BS. Main St. knows all is not well.

DD claims no racism, while furthering the same stale stereotypes, and on and on, and his movie is more fictional than documentary, with a few simple items pointed out by Hedges. He may be correct on very few points which Hedges does acknowledge.

Let's face it, the GOP has nothing without disinfo, precisely why all they do is lie. (One of the reasons I felt the need to also post a Hedges RT interview about the role of media. Though the lies are also through sins of omission of a controlled MSM.)

For those who simply don't understand what's destroying this country from the inside, we must provide more than the predictable and controlled storylines of MSM.

5. Hedges points out serious issues with DD's movie.

He also makes the real point of the movie, saying he's sure DD is making a lot of money, in a subtle way that makes listening to Hedges well worth it. But I totally understand. I believe any work of disinformation and manipulation such as DD is guilty of must be countered with truth and Hedges delivers it.
