They don't usually take such cases unless they think there's a good chance that it will be overturned

3. IMPEACHMENT

This court waited until after an election to say they wanted to revisit the ACA, that is amazing Roberts and his band of right wing hypocrites can't even recuse themselves from any appeals because for one: ---- you have a sitting justice (Thomas) who's wife belongs to a PAC that wants to eliminate this law, and two: ------you have these hypocrites (Scalia, Alito, for example) going to events where the John Birch KOCH Brothers and there ALEC organization are undermining the law, so when these 5 right wing hypocrites walk under and into the Justice building where it "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW" , they are legislating from the bench which is against the CONSTITUTION
