which is illegal. how is this gonna win public support if they are being paid just to stand there and not do anything? Sounds like the same people who gave Bush his PR are giving the Cops the same. and like Bush they believe it. Nothing like outright proving we are in a police state when they hold a city hostage . Rachel had it all laid out last night. Clearly they are on strike. and paper which again is very illegal.

.... at some point you just have to admit that the vast majority of humans don't have the mental, emotional, and physical wherewithal/acumen/coordination to carry around a loaded pistol safely. That includes the vast majority of humans that can pass the test required to become a police officer.

This video seems to go to my point.

Will he be claiming workmans comp for this injury? Or want an early retirement due to a disability? I wonder if they had a story cooked up before they found out there was video of the incident.

It was taping at normal speed and not at intervals as witnessed by people walking across the street and by what appears to be a cop walking by a blue dumpster ahead of the police car that suddenly stopped and caused the accident.

Off...My advise is to get back to work, stop turning their backs on the Mayor and oh yeah, stop killing innocent citizens of the City, especially if they are darker than a paper bag...not funny, pathetic.

N.Y.C. will be fined seven thousand $$$ for requiring the cop to ride on the hood. $70,000 (10 x ) for violating the seat belt requirement. They will list the seat belt violation as a "willful violation" since seat belts are a known regulation.

The cops defense is probably that the passenger seat was wet from spilled coffee and soggy donut crumbs. Would you want to sit on a wet, soggy seat?
