Ring of Fire: Were Midterm Losses A Blessing For Democrats?

As the new Republican regime takes control of Congress, Democrats may look back at the midterms and ask, "what did we do wrong?" But what we also may be seeing is their newly found backbone to take the fight directly to the Republicans. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Here in Australia, when the conservatives manage to win both houses, the moderates in the conservative side cannot count on the progressives voting down right wing legislation in the upper house. This means that they have to vote against stuff when previously they could go along with their party and vote for it.
So let's see which Republicans stand up now.

But THIS democrat wants some payback. Give them a nice big taste of the sour ball politics that they made the rest of us suck on ever since Obama's Inaug. Day when they had a little meeting discussing just how they were going to "bring down" this president by saying no to any and everything. If it isn't good for ALL of us then veto it Mister President, no special interest payoffs on "our" watch-screw them all.

This is a blessing for the democrats its no blessing for the country. With a republican majority, any progress that has been made over the past seven years of the Obama Administration is going to be either destroyed or badly damaged. Hopefully this is not of how the 2016 election will turn out. The last thing we need is another republican president when we've just gotten past the bush nightmare. WE DONT NEED ANOTHER RECESSION!!!!!

The reason being, is I am not convinced Dems actually lost. Voter suppression and possible
election fraud likely contributed to the loss. The same tactics will be used again and again by the
GOP, and again and again they are likely to win. They will stop at nothing.
