On Tuesday, November 10, the Obama Administration announced its support for the Equality Act, which provides basic protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in employment, access to public spaces, housing, education, jury service, credit and federal funding.

but then many voted for Obama believing he was a Progressive. Did he evolve on this issue? If so why ?
I am astounded this took so long. How about Bernie and Hillary? What are their positions and when did they take them?
