Both Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders have been debating whether or not the Vermont Senators single-payer healthcare plan is possible and the answer is that yes, it certainly is but that seems to be the lowest thing on the list for the Democratic candidates at the moment.
The problem that Hillary Clinton has at the moment is that all of her problems from the past 6 months have come back, some of which because they were never properly handled by Clinton in the first place.

(32,852 posts)She is not trustworthy, and she is not for the people. She told so many lies at that Town Hall in Iowa a few nights ago about her record it just underscored it for me.
She can't tell everyone what her actual policy is because protecting corporations, banks, oil companies is just not en vogue these days with the little people.

(5,902 posts)Just as Trumpolini is an ISIS recruiter's dream, so unfortunately is Hillary for a Rethug GOTV operative. It's just the way it is.

(7,865 posts)Seriously, it is probably going to be close in Iowa. Really close. Bernie doesn't have to win. He only has to come close for it to be a victory. Hillary doesn't just have to win, she has to completely dominate the caucuses and there is not a lot of possibility for that.
The idea that he would drop out is absurd. These people are deluding themselves.
