Is Panetta Intimidating China?



Defense Secretary Leon Panetta is on a nine day trip through Asia right now as part of the strategic shift we've been hearing so much about from the Pentagon, towards the Asia-Pacific region. Panetta made clear that by 2020, about 60% of the US Navy Fleet will be assigned there, but he was also was adamant about saying that this move was not meant to intimidate China. And equally intimidated by all the money we borrow from them, and by all the the products they send over here for us to buy.
