(8,267 posts)I guess all the polls showing Bernie leading in many of the remaining states are not relevant. That seems to be the way it works for Hi11ary supporters.
Go BERNIE!!!!

(1,000 posts)I caucused in Washington State. Too bad she thinks so little of the caucus voter. I can only respond that I now think very little of her (Rachel). Any way to devalue Bernie's success is okay with the Hillary crowd. Worried much Rachel ?
If Hillary supporters can't drag themselves to a caucus to vote for Hillary I think that says a lot.
Perhaps Rachel missed the many Bernie speeches in Washington State that drew incredible crowds. No doubt she was watching Trump hold court. No mention of the fact that while Bernie was speaking to crowds for free, Hillary was busy meeting with the uber rich and charging way more than she is worth, as is her way.
Seriously MSNBC is now just a Hillary and Trump circus.

(51,556 posts)The issue was Devine's blatantly bogus excuse that Sanders lost the Super Tuesday states because the campaign did not even try in those states.

(51,556 posts)Doesn't report the news. They report a campaign narrative that tells the viewer that Hillary already won the nomination. Comcast now owns MSNBC. It's not an outlet for unslanted news, atleast for the campaign trail. Remember Andrea Mitchell is Alan Greenspans wife. Do i need to bring up videos of Bernie putting the boot to Greenspan on the floors of Congress on a few occasions. Do i need to bring up the many Clinton surrogates employed by MSNBC that are working for Hillary's campaign right now.
There's no separation between the DNC and MSNBC anymore. If you don't think that is a scary notion than you obviously failed to see how Trump has risen to front runner status in the Republican party. The Fourth Estate needs to provide us with real information.
Right now a real news story would be "How the DNC and the mainstream media is silencing a truly competitive Democratic primary".

(8,175 posts)WTF Rachel... For WHATEVER REASON?
How about for the reason that he is the BEST candidate to run this race for the PEOPLE, and he is the only one many of us want to see WIN. How about THAT Rachel?
I used to love you Rachel, but this just turned my stomach.
I doubt I will ever deliberately watch your show again.

(2,720 posts)That's obvious. Caucuses make it extremely difficult to vote. If you're poor, or elderly, or sick, or just basically don't see politics as some sort of "God sent a bird to tweet in front of our savior, hosannah" , but more a "Meh, let's go down and vote for the only one who isn't obviously unrealistic", then you're probably not going to a caucus.
It's the same reason why Republicans love to put impediments in front of voters as well. Their extremists are far more committed to their extremism, than Democratic moderates are.

(68 posts)is because it is MUCH harder to commit election fraud. Yep, I said it. Bernie did not do as well in the early states, due to lack of name recognition, not that he doesn't do well with minority voters. Secondly, in some of the 'close' states, Bernie would have been the winner if not for fraud - period.
