She laughed at trying to be pushed into saying she'd vote for him, and later tweeted out for all those trying so hard to twist her words and intent that she'd never vote for Trump. Watching the video makes it perfectly clear what she stands for. That she believes the status quo is not maintainable equals somehow a 'gleeful vote for Trump!' is the same dirty tact used on Sanders and his supporters since he first started running. Changing the status quo is so terrifying for many they're desperate to deflect - that much is obvious.

A 'revolution' - if Trump got in would turn American politics on it's head - she's right, it would bring about a revolution, and it would be horrible.

As it would for the rest of the world. She realizes that many who don't see hope in status quo candidates will vote for Trump, just as many will vote for Sanders or another candidate.

How is someone simply stating many voters will not support the status quo candidates, stupid?

"He's made hatred and racism normal, he's normalized it" I can't even take him seriously." "He's like your drunk uncle at a wedding" who stands up for attention.

........... and yes, he would bring about a crazy, hateful revolution if he ever got in. Do you deny that?

She tweeted out, laughing, "I would never vote for Trump" for all of you trying to twist her words and intent into the same hateful meme as the 'racist', sexist', whatever 'ist' garbage that's been used against Sanders and his supporters since he started running.

She's not the stupid one here. Those trying to use her to scaremonger voters are if they don't realize just how many feel disenfranchised by the status quo and WILL vote for someone else - whoever that is, and will either improve things as she hopes with Sanders, or destroy - as with Trump.

Are millions not flocking towards Trump? I thought I saw they were. Is that not dangerous, and how is it stupid to point it out??

You're trying to reason with someone my Daddy used to call "Mud stuck" That's when you get a big truck stuck in the mud (Truck = idea or thought process / Mud = stubbornness) No matter how you try to help them get unstuck it's always "Nope, my trucks never moving again. Not even a crane will help. Nope not a winch. It's stuck."

No matter what you say, what relevant facts you give them, no matter what creative or polite way you try and reason with them. Their truck is stuck in the mud.

Pretty Baby is a 1978 American historical fiction and drama film directed by Louis Malle, and starring Brooke Shields, Keith Carradine, and Susan Sarandon. The screenplay was written by Polly Platt. The plot focuses on a 12-year-old prostitute in the red-light district of New Orleans at the turn of the 20th century.
The title of the film is inspired by the Tony Jackson song, "Pretty Baby," which is used in the soundtrack. Although the film was mostly praised by critics, it caused significant controversy due to its depiction of child prostitution and the nude scenes of Brooke Shields, who was 12 years old.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pretty_Baby_(1978_film)

As the above says, the nude scenes were controversial. But porn? I guess there are some guys who might get off on this film, but I don't think it's what most people think of when they think of porn. Except maybe 49-year-old retirees.

It sounds very interesting and I'm sure was controversial - 12 y/o's ARE being trafficked into child porn and it's something that NEEDS to be brought to attention.

Thanks again.

perhaps you missed it-Sarandon-"LOL that I would ever vote Trump,"

"If you think that it's pragmatic to shore up the status quo right now, then you're not in touch with the status quo," Sarandon said. "The status quo is not working ... I think it's dangerous to think that we can continue the way we are."
Sarandon later clarified on Twitter that she was not saying she would ever vote for Trump.
"LOL that I would ever vote Trump," she tweeted late Tuesday with a link to a story that appeared to characterize her comments that way.
