OMG...that whole skit is priceless.

"from sea to oily sea". I guess that's one way of making your ocean shine. And this...right after we had a crude oil train derailment in my neck of the woods, maybe a couple hundred yards from the Columbia River, and right on top of a creek tributary that runs to the river, on Friday. Only a trace got in the river thankfully. But I'm sure a lot of it saturated the ground and will need to be cleaned up so future rains don't leech it into the river.
