I gather it is that guy with the nasally voice talking to another guy for the entire 7 minutes about a story that takes all of about 45 seconds or less to tell.

Nice the way the key frame of the video (which is a still picture used while the two boring guys talk) is used to convey the impression that the video is something other than two guys droning on for 7 minutes.
