Criminals of all ethnic groups victimize those closest to them, which is why white people are most often victimized by white criminals, likewise with black people, Latino Americans, Asian Americans, and on and on.

Additionally, in communities with economic hardship, crime statistics will be higher.

Crime statistics for middle to upper middle class communities of all ethic groups are, not surprisingly, very similar and also, not surprisingly, very low compared to economically challenged neighborhoods of all ethnic groups.

Not sure, since he's not a stupid man, if Giuliani knows that, but he knows he's vomiting out inflated crime numbers and race-tinged language, but that's his racist agenda.

He's probably hoping his pal Trump is watching so he can get a spot in a Trump administration (which will of course, never happen).
