Morning Joe‘s Mika and Joe Get in Nasty On-Air Tiff

"Morning Joe" co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough sparred early Wednesday, even though they were trying to make the same point about Donald Trump.


Brzezinski was commenting on Paul Ryan's refusal to disavow the Republican presidential nominee after his latest round of controversial comments, saying the Speaker should go home and spend time with his family and get "grounded."

But Scarborough interrupted her, saying her words would mean nothing to Republicans.

"Let me say this, because it means nothing coming from you. You’re a Democrat," he said.

Some people made way too much out of that. His point was merely that Republicans would dismiss whatever she'd say about Trump and what Republicans should do as a partisan attack because of her political leanings. He is right. Democrats wouldn't give a shit if people like Hannity made proposals about how Democrats should behave.
