I understand on and off-stage make a difference, but if she's playing a persona that's fine with grinding her booty and grabbing ass "for the lulz", and if she really was asleep in that picture, it sort of makes a lot more sense how Franken was "playing along" and thought that picture would be fine, especially if he's doing the "boob hover" where it appears he's pretending to grab for a posed picture but not actually touching her so he wouldn't actually disturb her sleep.

Rude thing happened, apology happened (after she decided to be offended 11 years later) and that's as far as it needs to go. This is not sexual assault for which Franken needs to be investigated and removed from the Senate and dragged into court (as all the righties on Twitter seem to believe).
