13. Trump cannot be compared to other presidents for a number of reasons.

Trump's decision making is not reality based and he does not listen to his legal or political advisers.
He feels he is above the law.

A better predictor of Trump's response will be his own past behavior.
He will use the legal system to delay and harass.
And if he does go for an interview he will lie.
