About 60%brown/40% white. I have not seen or heard racial run ins or tensions, although I’m sure they happen. I don’t believe there are as many WS as we have been led to think. It is a scare tactic. They want you to believe they are the majority. Bully tactic.

9. I can't find the link, either.

I looked at their website and did a search.

I am an SPLC member, so the only thing I can think is that it is in some of their printed material that does not show up online. Maybe they identified them in individual articles, and someone counted the articles and found eight candidates.

When I get their next magazine, I will look for it. If it is out there, it will be arriving in my mail soon. In the meantime, I am going to contact them by email, and see if they can point me to the article, if it exists. They like feedback (and financial support) from members.

I just found the newest special report from SPLC. It came in the mail today. It is called, "America the Trumped: 10 Ways the Administration Attacked Civil Rights in Year One."

I leafed through it and did not find anything about eight candidates. I will read it in depth later.

14. We can't just dismiss these "fringe" groups.

At one time, the Nazi Party was a fringe group and we all know what happened with that. One charismatic leader can encourage people to rationalize any type of hate. We're seeing it right now in this country. I believe that, in November, we'll rid ourselves of some of the sycophants, giving Trump a much tougher fight. I'm a realist, but right now I just have to be optimistic; there's no other way to be.
