Foster agencies have contracts with the city and state, which reimburses the agency for their work. Are the foster agencies getting paid under city and state contracts for the services that Border Patrol wants them to do?
Foster agencies are nonprofits and also rely on charitable donations. Are funds donated by NYS residents being used to support this?

Perhaps the best thing is for everybody outside of Customs and Border Patrol offer zero support to this. Let's make sure that we are heard saying we don't want our money used to support this crime against humanity.
