But this scene looks like a set up -- by the police -- out of a B-movie. The woman who was being harassed and the guy who appeared on scene towards the end kept their cool, and that spoiled it. That cop was waiting for an excuse. His inaction wasn't cowardly. It was racist. Back-up was going to be called in, bodies were going to beaten, bruised, tasered and shot, and the POS racist loudmouth would have been given a ride home by the police after the smoke had cleared. But the would-be victims kept their cool and refused to be provoked.

Shoot, the cop knew he was on camera and couldn't risk acting without visible provocation.
