3. I get the feeling that his "base" isn't as big as people think. 50% of 30% isn't very many.

some major damage and take a few lives. We have seen enough of what has happened at Trump rallies when they get pissed off.

The 30-70% split doesn't mean every one of those folks would fight each other, or whatever. you know what I mean?
I think about 15% of both sides are mad enough to bloody a nose, or get serious about a mass protest. Of that 15% a .15% would shoot a fellow American. Most of the gun fetish is bluster. Killing people is still against the law.
Murder is murder though. And a life in jail or worse is assured if a person w a gun hurts people. I couldn't offensively shoot anyone, but, I know folks I believe would. If I had to defend myself, grim as it sounds, I'm a very good shot. Disturbing to even contemplate. I think it would be a rough series of massive protests, but, I don't think many people would spend life in jail bc they shot someone for dt. the tiki Torch Folks maybe, but, that's a very small group.
