The crazy things that the RW has come out with just boggle the mind, Michele Bachmann, Rmoney, Allen West, Sarah Palin, Chuck Grassley, Jim DeMint, Jan Brewer, Sharron Angle, just to name a few. Todd Akin is hardly the only one. Why don't people at least say "What?!!!"

Geez, I first had this general thought back in the 80's, when people who really believed in evil spirits thought Dungeons & Dragons posed a a danger to youth. And people paid attention to them because they were "concerned parents", whereas the game-players who understood that magic was fiction were just some gawky teenagers.
