House races they can probably win on their own agenda. But governors, senators, and the presidency, if they don't cheat they very seldom can win on their own.

He's done voter suppression for years in Kansas but it won't work this time around.

How in the ever-loving hell is this legal?
How can anyone have confidence in the outcome of an election under these conditions?

...those are crimes that are worse than treason and murder in my book so the punishment should be extremely severe, to the point that there should be an exception to the 8th Amendment. Make the punishment so God awful that no one will ever dare commit these crimes, and not even want to take one for the team in committing these crimes either.

Free rotten veggies and rats for the public to throw.
Sentence to be from election day to election day.
9 to 5, holidays off. (Don't want to run afoul of 'cruel and unusual').

and tell the nice person who answers (after you stay on the line) that Kemp should resign as SoS or quit running for Gov, but in any case get those 53,000 voter registrations ready before the Nov. 6 election.
Very satisfying to do.

When they are planning more huge even bigger tax breaks (our taxes ) going to the rich , and destroying our health care, Medicaid ,Medicare, and Social Security to pay for it, but it will drive the deficit much higher , also driving interest rates higher too. Add his stupid trade war tariffs, and skyrocketing energy costs. Another words it'll tank the economy , no matter what the idiot liar we have in office claims or lies about. Better hold on to any cash you have , because he's in our back pockets looking for more money now, again. Vote ALL Republicans out of office , while we still can. Or not and really suffer from their one sided policies for the rich.

to protect and virtually guarantee YOUR OWN chances of winning an election, ‘eh? PROOF POSITIVE that they can’t win unless they cheat - and that they full well KNOW this.

19. One really great benefit of a functional democracy

is that citizens don't have to hang government officials from lamp posts in order to change who's in power

Of course, not everyone appreciates the benefits of a functional democracy, even after the benefits are repeatedly explained slowly and carefully, using simple one-syllable words. We'll be OK as long there aren't too many morons like that, but if a whole lot of them appear, we're headed towards a crisis
