Remember the ENDLESS freak show that Darrell Issa and Trey Gowdy and the rest of the Republican House put on over the ginned up fake story about Lois Lerner and the IRS's 'targeting of conservative groups' for special attention? An entirely fake scandal, with nothing to it. But for FOUR YEARS they put on a circus, subpoenaing Lois Lerner (a BUSH appointee) to come in, ask her pointed, self-incriminating questions, to which she'd have to plead the Fifth? For four years they claimed this was an outrage, and an affront to democracy and free speech!

If Democrats re-take the House, we must DEMAND that they put in AT LEAST HALF AS MUCH energy into INVESTIGATING all of these damned VOTER SUPPRESSION activities that the GOP State legislatures are putting on in preparation of THIS election! The only way to STOP these bastards from stealing elections through voter suppression is to CREDIBLY THREATEN them with a subpoena once the elections are over. YOU CAN NOT get away with this shit without suffering the CONSEQUENCES. Allowing bad behaviour to go unpunished only encourages more of it! Don't do the crime if you're not willing to do the time.
