What is the motivation behind this? With Russians, nothing is ever what it seems. I remain skeptical. Not that there's a nude selfie. That may be true. But why is a Russian company pushing this narrative?

the reporter in the CNN clip explains, the Russian company is trying to get access to the government's data, they are pointing to the photo as evidence the government is collecting irrelevant info.
