I've met the author a couple of times. Oh there is truth when you dig down into the records. When he was elected President, Washington offered the same arrangement but Congress refused.

most likely be "Pay your own bills" something that would be new to the orange ass. Has the tRump campaign offered to pay any of the small cities back for their police protection during his rallies? Since he has no idea about being responsible for any of his expenses, he can not understand why people worry about costs. Grifting S-O-B is worthless to this country. He serves Russia and Saudi Arabia more than the US.
