I wish he would run for Congress to bring some gravitas, but he probably wouldn't take the pay cut.

"A Closer Look" used to be an occasional segment, but in the age of Trump there's an issue worth addressing just about every night. He's speaking out like never before and it totally baffles me that he was shut out of the Emmy nominations yet again! His competition, James Corden, was but Late Night was not - however his writers were nominated and "A Closer Look" was likely the reason.
